Users of the PetVitals app may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to request account deletion

To delete your account:

1. Email us at info@petvitals.app from the email address associated with your PetVitals account

2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

3. Include your account email in the message

We will verify your request and process deletion within 7 days.

Data that will be deleted

• Account credentials (email, authentication identifiers)

• Pet profiles

• Activity history (walks, reminders, health logs)

• Subscription status (handled via Apple/Google separately)

Data that may be retained

• Transaction records required for legal or accounting purposes

• Anonymous analytics (non-identifiable)

Retention period

• All personal data is deleted within 7 days

• Required records may be retained for up to 90 days where legally required
