PetVitals collects and uses location data to provide core features of the app, such as tracking your pet’s walks, including distance, duration, and route history.
Foreground location data is used when you actively track a walk within the app.
Background location data may be used to continue tracking your pet’s activity even when the app is not actively in use.
This information is used solely to provide app functionality and improve user experience.
PetVitals does not sell or rent your location data to third parties.
You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings; however, some features of the app may not function properly without it.
Children's Information Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. PetVitals does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. Data Deletion Instructions – PetVitals App
According to Facebook policy, if you want to delete your data from our app, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to: info@petvitals.app Include the subject line: “Delete My Facebook Data”
In the email, provide your:
Full name
Facebook User ID (optional, if you can retrieve it in your system)
Once we receive your request, we will delete all data associated with your account within 7 business days.
If you used Facebook Login but never created an account with us, then no user data is stored, and nothing needs to be deleted.
